Estimator focuses on working with key stakeholders and category managers on the commercial lifecycle of fm contracts, from tender stage through to final account.

What the role involves

• Working with Key Stakeholders and Category Managers on the commercial lifecycle of FM contracts, from tender stage through to final account.
• Ensure value for money in service delivery.
• Monitoring project budgets.
• Work closely with operational teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks.
• Supporting procurement activities and subcontractor management.
• Produce timely and accurate commercial reports.

Skills and requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-discipline environment.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and communication skills.

• My client is on the lookout for an experienced FM/Building Services Quantity Surveyor/Estimator join the team.
• 4 days office, 1-day WFH.
• 25 days holiday + bank holiday.
