Estimator
I am recruiting for an Estimator to join a client of mine based in Hampshire. This work will be around central London. They are a main contractor who specializes in commercial projects and are highly reputable, working all over the south coast!
They are looking for someone with experience in internal refurbishment on commercial projects.
Role and Responsibilities:
Working as part of the pre-construction team Reporting into the Estimating Manager Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to put together detailed estimates Being involved in the handover process as jobs are won and go live
Requirements: Experience working for a main contractor Experience on commercial refurbishment projects Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Project Manager Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages
Salary and Benefits: Salary up to £70,000 DOE Company car or car allowance Benefits package
