Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Civils & Groundworks will involve: Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of groundworks for the modular building market sector Reviewing tender enquiries and collating more information from clients where required Producing BOQs and tender packages Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices Assisting in the preparation and issue of subcontract documentation, enquiries and negotiations Attending pre & post contract meetings with clients Cost management for project/section of works Value/change management for scope of works Submission of applications and variations Project sizes can vary from £50,000 to £1,500,000 The ideal applicant will be an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Civils & Groundworks with: 3+ years quantity surveying or estimating experience dealing with groundworks, reinforcement, drainage, foundations, civil engineering or modular construction IT literate (Microsoft Office) Full UK driving license Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ambitious with a desire to succeed and grow with the company Personable, team player, problem solver, driven and enthusiastic
