We are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Junior Quantity Surveyor.
You would be based from an office in Saltburn by the Sea, so the position would suit someone from the Teeside Area. You are able to work from home for the time being whilst we develop a new office location, and once complete you will be able to work from home part time.
The role is flexible/part time initially with a view to developing to full time.
Responsibilities:
Be thorough and quality-focused.
Work independently and be diligent, organized, and methodical.
Manage multiple bids and tenders under pressure.
Source work and explore opportunities and relationships for bringing in new works.
Assist in managing works on site, if required.
Qualifications:
Good can-do attitude and well-spoken.
Good command of written English.
Skills in Site Management / Project Management and CAD drawing are advantageous.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
