About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a QS / Estimator to join a Commercial Decorating team within a well-established business that provides a range of decorative solutions, insurance reinstatement, and facilities management provisions across a variety of sectors throughout the UK. The position is full-time and permanent. This is an opportunity not to be missed for an Estimator or QS with experience within the commercial decoration, insurance reinstatement and fit out sectors who are looking for a fresh challenge and the opportunity for personal growth and development. Role & Responsibilities

Produce realistic quotes/tenders using client provided information and conducting site visits. Manage commercial relationships with clients and ensure all requirements are met. Review project contract conditions, highlighting potential risks to the delivery team. Monitor project costs to completion, addressing issues as they arise. Generate regular financial reports on projects for management. Prepare and submit applications for payments and final accounts. Ideal Candidate

Substantial experience in a similar role, ideally within the trade. Experience in project management and supervising site-based operatives is beneficial. Strong commercial awareness with good financial and numeracy skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player. Proactive and adaptable with a "Can Do" attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. A reliable individual who leads by example. Requirements

Valid Driving Licence. Relevant qualification (HNC or equivalent). Ability to extract information from drawings. Practical knowledge of the industry. What We Offer
