Prepare and manage detailed tender submissions and cost estimates. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing. Conduct site surveys nationwide, ensuring accurate measurement and assessment of work requirements. Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide advice and solutions. Monitor and manage project costs to ensure budgets are maintained. Support the preparation and review of contracts and agreements. Attend pre- and post-tender meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Requirements
Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the roofing or construction sectors. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate costings and documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as Excel and estimating tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies. Willingness to travel nationwide as required. How to Apply
