The eTMO/ PMO Analyst position centres on supporting development and adoption of the Change Delivery Framework. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, reliability, and practical judgement to the role.

Where ownership sits

Support development and adoption of the Change Delivery Framework. Experience working with portfolio management tools like Planview to support initiative tracking, budgeting, and reporting.

What the role depends on

• Experience in change management skills such as governance, resourcing, planning, and cost and benefit management.
• Proficient communications skills and ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
• Proficient in Office tools such as SharePoint and MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and manipulation.

Practical details

• This will be a hybrid role based in either our London or Guildford office.
• Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location.
• Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
• Pay: £45,000 per year.
