We're looking for a tech wizard with: Experience as a 2nd/3rd line support champion or similar role Corporate office battlefield experience, supporting 300+ devices Windows 11, MacBook, iPhone, and Android device taming skills Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD services mastery Enterprise client management tool expertise (SCCM/ConfigMgr, Intune, JAMF) in an on-premise Domain environment Mobile Device Management (MDM) superpowers using Microsoft Intune/JAMF or other MDM solution Excellent communication & time management skills (both verbal and written) Ability to work independently If you've got these superpowers, we want YOU on our team!
