Deutsche Bank's Global Rates business leads with scale and strength in providing asset and liability solutions to institutional and corporate clients globally. We give clients access to the Bank's liquidity and product expertise through our global sales, trading and structuring teams, as well as our electronic trading channels. Our product range includes fixed income securities and derivatives in interest rates, long dated FX, multi-asset correlation products and commodities.
You will support the operation of the Europe Rates business including business strategy execution, financial planning, cost management and people management. Duties also include new product development, governance and controls, regulatory compliance and audit remediation.

- Shape, develop and implement the Europe Rates business strategy
- Support the business growth agenda including new product development and new transaction approvals
- Responsibility for financial planning and cost management including forecasting
- Responsibility for business governance and control development and monitoring
- Responsibility for managing the trading desk operating environment in conjunction with Infrastructure partners
- Responsibility for people management topics including hiring, promotion and people development
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders across Front Office and Infrastructure functions
- Support with various initiatives across the broader Business Management landscape including business analysis, project management and process improvements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- An excellent communicator in written and verbal format
- Analytical, detail orientated and proactive
- Knowledge and understanding of rates products
- Project management experience
- Able to work independently with oversight from senior team members; able to identify key risks and escalate appropriately
