As European Distribution Sales Manager, you will: Develop sales of the company’s purification solutions across the EMEA region Identify and implement new distribution channels Execute strategies to increase market penetration Identify new potential clients Expand the company’s presence in new markets Interface with the global team to meet shared targets and objectives Analyse monthly results and provide performance reports Monitor the external sales team Spend 30% of your time overseas (average) As European Distribution Sales Manager, you will need: Proven experience in the identification and management of a distributor network (France, Germany, Italy, Poland) Demonstrable experience of driving B2B sales growth within the EMEA region A strategic mindset A technical understanding of compressed air treatment products (preferable) Command of other European languages (preferable) Salary & benefits: £85-90k 20% bonus Car allowance: £6k
