European Marketing Executive Camberley, Surrey Full Time & Permanent Salary – £30,000 – £35,000 We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to oversee all marketing activities for our European operations. Working from our offices in Camberley, Surrey, the successful candidate will support our sales teams spread throughout Europe who are actively engaging with customers in their specific regions. The Marketing Executive will support these teams, take ownership of multiple projects, and manage campaigns aimed at raising the brand position of our European Division to make a positive impact on sales revenue. Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience working within a marketing role, demonstrating a hands-on attitude and a varied portfolio of skills to create marketing materials that communicate a professional, coherent, and corporate message at all times. The candidate will be accustomed to working to tight deadlines, managing multiple concurrent projects, and consistently delivering a strong brand message with each campaign. The candidate will have a keen creative eye and passion for design. Knowledge of working with the Adobe Creative Suite, namely Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks & InDesign is a must. You will be taking concepts from the initial design stage into print as well as converting them for online use, and you should be able to provide examples of this. The candidate will work alongside sales colleagues in Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Holland, and Spain; command of several languages is also a must (German, Dutch & French would be ideal). The candidate will be expected to make regular trips to our European HQ in Brussels to engage with the sales team, as well as attend industry events across Europe. There will often be the need for the candidate to assist in the marketing activities of other regions and clients within the Group; a strong ability to project manage is essential. The role of Marketing Executive will also require the candidate to be flexible in their role and demonstrate a willingness and ability to use their skills to support and inspire both clients and staff in the ongoing needs of the Group as a whole. The Role will involve Creating marketing materials for internal and external use, including brochures, adverts, campaign flyers, and all other items where design is required to project the company brand. You will also be responsible for sourcing content and supporting images ensuring they meet our brand guidelines. Helping create custom sales materials, often for a single application and frequently required in a time-critical manner. Designing concepts for our customers, inspiring them with fresh designs and taking those ideas onto full-scale national print and production, while ensuring adherence to their brand guidelines. Owning the start-to-end management of industry conferences – from creating collateral, designing stands, booking travel and accommodation, organizing client hospitality, and all pre and post-event promotions. Creating and distributing press releases, both internally and externally, demonstrating good writing and word crafting skills and managing their translation. Managing the content on one or more of our Group websites, creating content, custom graphics, and ensuring it meets best web practices at all times. You will be responsible for the online European content and its ongoing evolution. Promoting products and services through social media channels and managing a regular flow of communication through platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Working with web analytic packages to report on traffic movement and search trends through our website on a monthly basis. Having an interest in marketing online and always looking for the next best thing that will benefit your marketing mix. Conducting market research to develop product definitions and identify market trends. Identifying third-party companies and/or products for partnering opportunities to broaden or complement the company’s product line. Producing competitive analysis materials comparing our product with key competitors.
