Managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap and Apple Search Ads Creating a global paid strategy Working alongside an experienced team looking after Paid social and global PPC and organic search traffic across 14+ languages Running an experiment roadmap to help us understand what works best Working closely with our data science team to make smart decisions Using AI/ML tools to oversee campaign and budget management as well as feeding and working on our systematic experimentation framework Requirements

4+ years’ experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile app campaigns across the EU and/or Türkiye. Experience running campaigns across various ad platforms like Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snap, Apple Search, and other social media advertising. Demonstrable experience using MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch for tracking and attribution. Strong understanding of BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Good understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and how tracking works – both web and mobile A deep knowledge of the latest paid social and SEO trends – including an understanding of the technical side Good project management and communication skills. You will need to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external Eager to learn, you’ll bring passion and expertise to the exciting future we are building Able to commute to Aldgate, London at least twice a week for London based hire, otherwise fully remote BONUS: French, German or Turkish language skills Why join Muzz?
