As the Project Logistics Business Development Manager for the European region, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding their footprint across key sectors, including Renewable Energy, Industrial, Capital Projects, and Project Cargo. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-border and help shape regional business strategy within a fast-growing, dynamic field. Key Responsibilities: Drive Strategy Across Europe : Lead and implement a cohesive strategy for project logistics growth across the European market, in alignment with the client's global headquarters vision. Generate New Business : Identify, qualify, and secure high-value opportunities within Renewable Energy, Industrial, Capital Projects, and Project Cargo sectors across Europe. Cross-Border Collaboration : Build synergy across European countries, working closely with regional teams to develop and execute impactful business strategies that leverage the client's extensive network. Hands-On Client Engagement : Represent the client at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings, showcasing comprehensive project logistics solutions and capabilities. Bid and Proposal Management : Take ownership of the RFI and RFQ process, ensuring all bids meet client needs and are completed on time and competitively. Product Development and Innovation : Create tailored logistics solutions that meet specific client needs and drive market share growth. Commercial Insight and Reporting : Provide commercial insights and regional reporting to headquarters, including budgets and forecasts on European opportunities. Qualifications: Proven Business Development Success : Track record of success in international business development within project logistics, industrial sectors, or freight forwarding. Industry Expertise : Comprehensive knowledge of the project logistics landscape, with the ability to translate complex client needs into actionable solutions. Collaborative Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to build strong client relationships and drive cross-country collaboration. Strategic and Hands-On Leader : Experience leading and working in cross-functional teams, with a proactive, hands-on approach to executing strategy. Willingness to Travel : Prepared for regular travel across Europe to support business development and client engagement.
