We are recruiting for a SME sized Toy manufacturer who design and develop exciting brand and licensed products. Our client has a well-established heritage and is highly respected within the Toy industry. People love working for this company because of its friendly, supportive and open business culture. As European Sales Manager you will have a minimum of 3 years international sales experience and be comfy negotiating with senior buyers, owners, distributors and agents across the territories. You will be someone who enjoys traveling to meet with your customers in person and also be a collaborative team player - team fit is very important at this company. This role is ideally suited to someone who is a strong account manager but also enjoys developing new opportunities and leveraging growth through business development. With a truly collaborative business culture, your role will play a pivotal part of continued growth and development. Requirements for the role

You must have at least 3 years experience in selling Toys or similar related products. You will have strong relationships with buying and merchandising teams. You must possess a clean driving license and hold a current passport. You will be able and willing to travel to UK head office once a month for 2 day team meetings. You will have Excel experience - vlookups, pivots You will be living here in the UK and have a current work permit with current residency status or be a British national. Seniority level
