Working as part of an expert global Transfer Pricing team and also the supporting the UK/European Tax Leadership, you will be in charge of all UK and European TP reporting, compliance, risk mitigation and planning. There will also be the opportunity to particpate in international projects in areas such as technology transformation, planning as part of the group's growth strategy and training the Finance team on the key areas of Transfer Pricing which impact them. The culture oof this business is open and focused on helping people to achieve high performance. Tax and TP are integral to Finance and the wider corporate structure and not seen as a purely back office function. Key Responsibilities: Identify and advise on risks associated with the implementation of existing transfer pricing policies Seek opportunities to implement improved transfer pricing processes and controls Identify and advise on transfer pricing associated tax risks associated with our growing international presence and work of national and supranational organisations, such as the OECD Maintain and reinforce relationships for our ongoing transfer pricing engagements with external advisers Input where required on EMEA tax audits instigated by local tax authorities, including providing technical transfer pricing input and working with our advisers assisting with the audits Provide transfer pricing support to tax filing positions Apply the existing transfer pricing policies through day-to-day work Apply the process and controls through business as usual tasks, using best practice methods and collaboration with other Business Partners (Legal, HR, FP&A, Controllership, Expenses, etc.). Work with and support the Corporate and Business Segment tax and transfer pricing teams to ensure consistency with wider compliance obligations Support and work with the senior stakeholders across the business acting as a trusted advisor on transfer pricing queries and other ad hoc tax queries Look to collaborate and knowledge share with other business functions which impact tax and/or transfer pricing ________ As an employer, we are committed to ensuring the representation of people from all backgrounds regardless of their gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, or any other aspect which makes them unique.
