Role Overview As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of our EV products and services. You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch and iteration, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of the EV landscape, as well as the logistics, haulage, or facilities management sectors. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development Develop and execute the product roadmap in line with business goals and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver innovative EV solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to ensure product competitiveness. Market & Customer Insights Conduct market research and engage with customers to identify pain points and opportunities. Develop user personas and customer journeys to inform product design and functionality. Project Management Oversee product development timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and feasibility. Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and strategic partners. Present product strategies, progress, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Product Launch & Performance Lead go-to-market strategies, coordinating marketing, sales, and operational efforts. Monitor product performance using KPIs and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the EV, logistics, haulage, or facilities management sectors. Strong understanding of electric vehicle technologies, charging infrastructure, and associated ecosystems. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering products on time and within budget. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
