Key Responsibilities:
Provide essential care, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
Support individuals with social and physical activities, enabling them to live life to the fullest.
Assist with booking and attending appointments to ensure clients' needs are met.
Monitor health indicators, such as temperature, pulse, and respiration, and support with medication where necessary.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 12 months as a Care Worker or in a related role.
Transport: Must drive and have access to your own vehicle.
Skills: Strong communication, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Shift Patterns:
Available for a variety of shifts from 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, or 7am-10pm, including the flexibility to work weekends as required.
