Evening Sales Advisor – NO COLD CALLING

EVENING AND WEEKEND SALES ADVISOR St Ives, Cambridge Salary: £11.44 PER HOUR + Opportunity to earn GREAT COMMISSION Hours: 17.30-20.30 x2 days per week and x2 Saturdays per month 9.00am-16.00pm (MINIMUM OF 37.5hrs per month) We are the largest legal conveyancing company in the UK, and are supplied with valuable warm leads of people already in the house moving process. Our Sales Executive role is an opportunity to sell our award-winning service to people who need it! THE JOB You will be selling our legal service to customers already in the process of buying or selling a property. The great part is, you're selling them something that they absolutely need! You will sell the benefits of working with Simplify, The UK's leading independent conveyancing and property services group, based at our modern site in St Ives, Cambridge with free parking! WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A SALES ADVISOR To sell the benefits of Simplify conveyancing to clients referred by our member estate agents, whilst ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates. Outbound calling prospective clients to discuss their conveyancing quote using warm leads. Answering inbound calls. Responding to email queries. Maximising conversion from lead to sale to achieve growth/sales targets. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF SALES ADVISOR Previous sales experience in a sales role. Able to commute to St Ives, Cambridge. Self-motivated & Proactive. IT experience (use of email, internet, keyboard etc.). Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining sales results. Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
