Role Description This role is perfect for someone looking to get into the events industry, working at DonnyFest, an on-site position in Doncaster. The Event Assistant will be responsible for tasks related to event planning, management, and ensuring smooth operations during the festival. Assisting with working backstage and directly with artists on the day will be the main role. We would also like someone who is keen to attend planning meetings and smaller events in the lead-up, such as press night and networking events. Key Responsibilities

Customer service and communication skills Organised and confident Good understanding of social media Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Team player with a positive attitude Experience in event coordination or hospitality industry is a plus
