The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to continue to develop their career and you will be working closely with internal teams, to ensure projects are executed to the highest of standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting across the board with events
  • Delegate registration
  • On-site support and event coordination
  • Supplier liaison
  • Client liaison and coordination
  • Researching venues, suppliers, and costs to create client pitches
  • Sticking to Project timelines
  • Cost tracking
  • Collaboration with creative teams in-house

The Candidate

You must have at least 1 year of experience working in an event agency and be keen to work within a close knit team.
