Key Responsibilities Major Events : Assist in planning and delivering memorable large-scale events with thousands of participants. Coordinate logistics with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams. Manage stock, materials, and key event-related resources. Provide hands-on support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly. Bespoke Challenges : Handle participant registrations and inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service. Coordinate travel, accommodation, and bespoke event packs for participants. Support participants from start to finish, making their experience seamless and enjoyable. Assist with event-day logistics, both in the UK and overseas. Recruit and coordinate hundreds of enthusiastic volunteers for major events. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning volunteers. Prepare volunteer materials, ensuring they're ready for both pre-event and on-the-day activities. General Tasks : Draft engaging communications for participants, volunteers, and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records, manage databases, and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks. What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational abilities with outstanding attention to detail. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a "can-do" attitude. 1-2 years of experience in the events industry, including stock management. Ability to manage processes and multitask effectively in a busy environment. Previous experience in the charity or non-profit sector. Experience working as part of a high-performing events team. Benefits and Working Hours Full-time role (37.5 hours per week) with flexible start times between 8 am and 10 am.
