Joining a busy Events team, you will be working on a variety of events from small to large. You will be involved in all aspects of event planning and logistics, gaining a wide variety of experience that will lead to assisting in project managing events and working within different areas of the Events Team. Key Responsibilities of an Events Coordinator

Assisting the Event Team in the production of all events Being prepared to negotiate and communicate with suppliers Working when required to ensure stock records are accurately kept at all times, and purchasing stock when required Maintain and develop a contacts database of contractors and suppliers Communicating with all those involved in the events on a regular basis Assisting with hotel and travel bookings Key Competencies of an Events Coordinator

Strong communication skills both verbal and written 1-2 years’ experience of working within the events industry, including stock management Great attention to detail at all times Organised and creative Can-do attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative and manage workload with minimal supervision The ability to be flexible and adaptable while working under pressure, also outside of normal office hours
