Key Responsibilities: Dealing with inbound sales enquiries via telephone, email, web platform, live chat and social channels. Conduct research to gather relevant information about potential leads, including company background and key decision-makers. Analyse lead data to determine the customers’ needs and ensure that they fit it with the company’s products and services and that we have all relevant information. Evaluate lead enquiry information based on predefined criteria such as budget, location, prop requirement and timeline. Ensuring that information is dealt with accurately and entered onto our CRM system ensuring that we always maintain an up-to-date database. Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth transition of the qualified leads to the appropriate Sales representatives. Provide daily reports for the Sales Team Manager. Stay up to date with new products/services and pricing/payment options. Answering and making telephone calls, dealing with customer enquiries, or directing to relevant departments. Liaising with different departments to assist with customer queries. Always ensuring highest level of customer satisfaction. Any other reasonable tasks as required. If selected to move forward, you will have a short ‘getting to know you’ call with one of the Careers team, followed by an in-person interview and a skills assessment. Skills/Attributes Required
To be successful in the role, you’ll need: Enthusiastic, commercial and positive outlook. Events industry knowledge or experience an advantage. Experience with lead qualification or enquiry processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for the events industry and a desire to create extraordinary experiences. A proactive and collaborative mindset and a ‘make it happen attitude’. Ability to engage with clients and colleagues and build quick relationships. High standard of organisation and time management. High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High level of IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM systems (desirable). Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm or 8.30am-5.00pm.
