With 550 talented individuals across 7 offices, we’re recruiting an Event Executive to join our Awards team. We organise 14 prestigious awards, ranging from intimate 100-guest events to large-scale 1,200-guest celebrations. While this specific team works remotely, you have the option to embed yourself in one of our dedicated events teams if an office environment suits you better. Choose from Herne Hill, Sutton or Dartford if working in an office is your preference. We offer a starting salary of £25,000 plus

Key Responsibilities: Assist senior event managers in various operational tasks to ensure smooth event delivery. Update content and manage information on the entry platform. Coordinate judge recruitment, invitations, and communications. Track entries and provide weekly reports to the team. Organize virtual judging sessions and manage communications with shortlisted organizations. Prepare and manage judging packs, ensuring all materials are submitted on time. Oversee guest lists and liaise with venues for event logistics. Support signage, design, and content creation for live events. Take an active role in live event setup and guest management. Assist with post-event tasks, including feedback and debriefing. Attend and support other Mark Allen Group events as needed.
