Event Project Manager

to lead a prestigious

automotive client’s fleet and dealership

event programme. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a high-profile account, ensuring flawless event delivery while building strong relationships and driving service excellence. What you’ll do: End-to-End Event Management: Oversee the entire event programme, from initial booking to seamless execution. Quoting & Logistics: Manage bookings, prepare detailed budgets, co-ordinate logistics, crew, and assets. Inventory & Branding Assets: Ensure event inventory and branding materials are well-maintained and available to the highest standard. Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders as their main point of contact. Service Growth: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance and expand the service offering. Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards in all aspects of event delivery. Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate events, identify improvements, and implement best practices for future success. What we’re looking for: Proven experience managing live events or experiential marketing campaigns, ideally in the automotive sector. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Attention to detail and a dedication to delivering exceptional results. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Why join MSL Global?
