What you'll do Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of external events across Western Europe including branding activation, on-site presence, internal team staffing and training Manage overall timeline, deliverables and deadlines for each event ensuring all tasks are in Asana (our project management tool) and tracking stakeholders completing on tasks on time Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, event marketing material and equipment Coordinate logistics supporting the event including shipping, transportation, hotel rooming lists, meeting schedules, staffing schedules and training meetings Track and manage event budget, expenses, and lead collection and submission to CRM Own deliverables for content related to events. Coordinates with key stakeholders like Product Marketing, Executives, and Sales to develop messaging strategies and session content. Coordinates with graphics team to create ppt presentations for speaking sessions. Identify key events in region and works with VP, Events to plan and manage the 3rd party event budget and defining goals for each event. Responsible for communicating event expectations and strategy to staff working the event. This could include run of show documents and on-site execution powerpoints/guides for onsite staff Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement Develop event metrics and analyze performance. Report out on event ROI based on attendee engagement, pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics 25% travel requirement Qualifications Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and execution, preferably in Western Europe or similar regions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and product marketing professionals Demonstrated ability to create and manage budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance. Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with strong decision-making capabilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Proficiency in CRM tools and event performance metrics, with the ability to analyze and report on ROI, attendee engagement, and related KPIs.
