We are on the hunt for an experienced

Events Manager

to join an award winning travel and events company, working remotely. Event management experience is essential with strong relationships with hotels, hotel representatives, venues, and suppliers across the UK and worldwide. Great forward thinking company with offices globally that offer progression and rewards. Events Manager Duties: Planning, organising, and executing various event services, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the objectives and expectations of the organisers and participants. Executing client events and venue sourcing worldwide. Execution of events services pre-, during and post- event, matching clients with venues/hotels. Collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements, including number of attendees, budget, and location preferences. Gather detailed information about the event brief and specific needs of the group. Project management and delivery, from end to end, of a range of event types including conferences, training events, briefings, webinars, incentives etc. utilising a range of formats including virtual, hybrid and face-to-face. Utilise industry knowledge and a network of contacts to identify and recommend suitable venues for worldwide events, accommodation and meeting space. Negotiate with venue representatives to secure favourable terms, including pricing, services, and any additional requirements. Events Manager Essential Requirements: Similar event management experience is essential. Experience working within the corporate events sector is key. Must have strong relationships with hotels, hotel representatives, venues, and suppliers across the UK and worldwide. Venue Sourcing experience (worldwide) Strong organisational and people collaboration skills, outstanding client service, extensive UK & worldwide hotel knowledge Budget management experience.
