Job Title: Event Marketing Specialist Location: London Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite 1 day work from home) Contract Duration: Until April 2025 Pay Rate: £380 per day 33 days holiday pay (PAYE) Join Our Team Our client is the largest investment and asset management firm in the world and they are seeking a passionate and driven Event Marketing Specialist to manage and execute a diverse range of in-person and virtual events across EMEA. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and ensuring a seamless event experience from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Event Management: Lead and support all aspects of event planning and execution, including pre-event promotion and post-event analysis. Project Coordination: Manage logistics such as venue selection, registration processes, event communications, and budget tracking. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with event vendors, including contract negotiations and financial reconciliations. Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with business stakeholders to align event objectives with broader organizational goals, acting as a strategic thought partner. Onsite Execution: Ensure flawless execution of events, maintaining alignment with strategic objectives while staying within budget constraints. Reporting & Debriefs: Conduct thorough post-event reporting and debrief sessions to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement. Internal Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key internal teams, including Multimedia, Digital for Events, and Facilities. Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 4 years in Event Marketing, Brand, or Experiential Activations. Dynamic Skill Set: High energy and proactive problem solver with a focus on results. Strategic & Tactical Balance: Ability to think innovatively while executing detailed plans. Influence Across Levels: Experience leading and influencing in a multi-stakeholder environment. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communicator with a polished executive presence. Flexibility: Willingness to travel for onsite activations (approx. 30%). Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including OneDrive) and event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent, Coupa). Why Join Us?
