Your mission
We have a contract opportunity for an Event Operations Executive to join our event delivery team due to maternity cover. With specific responsibility for our bespoke events, this is a role with plenty of variety and responsibility, working in a fast-paced environment with both internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Your profile
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, successfully managing logistics, operations, and cost control for revenue-generating events, as part of a multi-function project team. We are looking for a pro-active, collaborative individual who is enthusiastic about ensuring a top-quality event operations experience every time. Able to work with minimum supervision on multiple events in both digital and physical formats, the Event Operations Executive is key to creating a calm and positive environment both internally and externally. Ideally, they will have: At least 1 year of experience in event management/operations Immaculate organization skills and great attention to detail Collaborative and enthusiastic mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
