Summary: Experienced member of the Global Creative Journey & Branding team responsible for branding experiences for a portfolio of internal and external global events. Plan and execute the creative and operational aspects of conferences with a focus on the development and creation of exceptional onsite attendee journeys through the production of all onsite event builds, digital platforms, signage, and branding across in-person events.

Primary Responsibilities: Lead the creative journey for Client's external and internal (corporate) events with a focus on impactful attendee journeys across the global portfolio. Manage operational processes and project management through planning and execution at internal and external client events, both in-person and virtual. Project manage the planning and implementation of signage, build, branding, furniture, and finishing/accessory requirements for selected events in collaboration with the wider conferences team. Support the Digital Experience program globally, aiding in the design and creation of digital signage assets, strategically integrating digital platforms into our attendee journey. Assist with the creation and implementation of operational processes and project management playbooks to maximize impact across all regions and portfolios. Adopt a creative, innovative, and proactive approach to all aspects of the role. Collaborate with Client Business Units to strategically advise and support their event objectives throughout the planning process. Build excellent relationships with vendor partners to achieve a high level of creativity and innovation. Manage financial aspects including budget creation, cost negotiation, and accurate forecasting; highlight risks and recommendations for fund allocation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3+ years Event Management, Branding, and/or Experiential & Event Marketing Experience. Proven creative and operational management responsibility in a team setting. Proven event operational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload. Experience managing multiple agency and vendor partners. Experience in the creation of event spaces/environments/floor plans. Exceptional project management skills with effective time management and prioritization. Creative, innovative, and strategic mindset. High attention to detail. Financial management skills. Client-focused, solution-oriented, and collaborative. High sense of urgency, decisiveness, and confidentiality. Fully competent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Strong oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel approximately 30% globally.
