Event Planning Manager

to join their prestigious 5-star hotel, renowned for its exceptional service and world-class events. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced event professional to plan and execute a diverse range of corporate and social events, including high-profile conferences, private celebrations, and luxury weddings. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Event Management

– Plan and coordinate corporate events, private functions, and weddings, ensuring seamless execution from enquiry to post-event follow-up. Client Relations

– Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and bespoke event solutions to meet their vision and expectations. Venue Coordination

– Work closely with internal teams, including F&B, operations, and sales, to ensure all logistical aspects align with our luxury service standards. Budget & Revenue Management

– Develop accurate proposals, manage event budgets, and maximise revenue opportunities while maintaining a high standard of service. Supplier & Stakeholder Liaison

– Build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, ensuring quality and efficiency in event delivery. Operational Excellence

– Oversee event set-up and execution, ensuring all details are meticulously delivered to the highest standards. Trend Awareness & Innovation

– Stay up to date with event trends, continuously enhancing the guest experience and maintaining our hotel’s reputation as a leading event destination. About You Proven experience in event planning within a luxury hotel, venue, or high-end catering environment. Strong knowledge of corporate events, weddings, and private functions. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously. A client-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Commercial awareness and experience in managing event budgets and revenue targets. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
