About the Opportunity An incredible opportunity has arisen to join one of our highly successful clients as an Events Administrator. In this busy role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. The successful candidate will sit within the events team and be responsible for providing accurate information and quotations to a diverse range of customers to secure new bookings. You will handle a variety of tasks, from answering phone calls and emails to processing card payments, ensuring that every customer receives first-class service.

Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and their website, addressing queries and delivering relevant information. Provide accurate quotations based on client requests, ensuring clarity and detail in all communications. Manage events calendar to ensure availability and avoid overbooking. Handle challenging customer situations with empathy and confidence, striving for satisfactory resolutions that enhance the client experience. Contact customers who have not responded to quotations to answer any queries they may have and try to secure their custom. Maintain accurate data entry and keep up-to-date records related to bookings, inquiries, and payments. Process card payments securely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company protocols.

What do you need to be successful?! Strong customer service skills and experience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous administration experience is essential. Strong computer skills. Professional demeanour. Ability to work under pressure and handle complex customer situations. Good attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry. Proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
