Use Ctrl (Command on Mac) to Select Multiple Working as part of the events team you will help source participants for the events and provide administrative support relating with overall planning and logistics. This is an extremely hands-on role in a busy environment, covering everything and anything required to deliver a high-profile event. Please note this is a 9 months FTC Key Responsibilities of an Events Administrator

Managing participants' adverts and promotions, ensuring they are live and up to date across the correct channels. Keeping frequent communication, building rapport and relationships with existing and new participants by phone and email, and responding to any queries that arise. Ensure all our participants are made to feel welcomed and cared for. Contacting organisations who have previously provided groups of participants to re-establish the relationship and encourage them to do so again. Taking responsibility for key participant checks, ensuring that all documentation is received in good time. Production, preparation, and packing of all pre-event and event materials including documents, maps, signage, and other materials as required for each event. Key Competencies of an Events Administrator

Strong administration experience. Experience and enjoyment of using the telephone both to receive and make calls. The ability to be self-motivated. Can-do attitude, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage systems and processes. Reliable, hardworking, and dedicated. Knowledge of the standard Microsoft packages, such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
