Event and Fundraising Development Coordinator

Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where your creativity and organisation can shine? We are seeking a dedicated Fundraising Development Coordinator to join our client's mission-driven team!

The Centre was set up in 2017 to provide a safe environment for adults with early-stage mental ill health. Subsequently, they have added a programme for young people who need help managing their mental health. The centre provides support and encouragement and the motivation to succeed for those currently facing or recovering from mental ill-health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies and campaigns.

* Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners.

* Organise and coordinate fundraising events, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees.

* Track and report on fundraising progress and outcomes.

* Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in fundraising, development, or related fields.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

* Passion for the cause
