Long-term, Ongoing work We are looking for an Events Controller to join our client’s team in Chipping Warden. You will manage events from quoting through to planning, execution, and invoicing, ensuring smooth operations and high standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the events calendar and communicate plans with all stakeholders. Translate event requirements into accurate documentation. Gather supplier quotes and confirm with the Account Manager. Collaborate with operational teams for workload planning. Coordinate event-day activities and handle issues as needed. Perform quality checks on event vehicles and ensure efficient dispatch. Handle event invoicing within 30 days of completion. Collect and analyse post-event feedback for improvements. Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, and health and safety regulations. Maintain professional communication with stakeholders. Requirements: Experience: Office team experience (essential); events experience (desirable). Skills: Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, and problem-solving. Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure. Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Full driving licence (desirable).
