Events Coordinator

delivering impactful events , managing volunteer recruitment, and creating unforgettable experiences for our participants. You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and maintaining event stock records to responding to participant queries and coordinating event registrations. Key Responsibilities Include: Event Planning and Execution Assist in the production of major events Maintain communication across teams to ensure seamless event delivery Keep briefing notes and maintain an up-to-date database Liaise with contractors and suppliers Support with hotel and travel bookings Prepare and fulfil event packs and staff materials Establish relationships with partner organizations Experience Ideally Required for This Role: 1-2 years' experience in event coordination or the charity sector Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational and planning abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Proven ability to manage processes and adapt to fast-paced environments. Previous experience in stock management or fitness-related events A degree or equivalent in event management or a related field If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and have a passion for events and volunteer coordination, this role is for you.
