Leading international events business seeks a highly polished graduate with a strong interest in events. Our client is searching for a super talented Event Coordinator to help support across their portfolio of b2b conferences and bespoke events. These events are located here in the UK and internationally. Location:

Hybrid, London Full training will be provided via the Events Director. Key Responsibilities:

Sending out sponsor agreements & invoices, and chasing payments ahead of events Booking staff travel, sharing staff travel packs and coordinating any permits Managing phone resources for the event team Working with an agency to source venues and presenting a recommendation to the team Preparing venue agreements ready for signature Leading internal planning meetings and circulating & tracking key team deadlines Adding event attendees to the CRM platform Printing badges and managing associated supplies Preparing and packing suitcases and coordinating them reaching the event and back Working with venues and AV suppliers to confirm their requirements Attending domestic and international in-person events on the day as needed and completing on the day tasks Completing post event tasks and write-ups Profile of Candidate Required:

Degree Educated Highly articulate with excellent communication skills Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to work well to strict deadlines An interest in b2b events Ability to work well under pressure Lipton Media is a specialist media recruitment agency based in London. £30,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
