40 hours per week About the Role:

The Events Coordinator will join the Our Client’s EMEA Event Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help plan and run major events across the EMEA region, includingOur Client’s flagship events like Rising Europe and Elevate. These events bring together customers, partners, press, analysts, and employees. Key Responsibilities:

Event Registration: Lead the registration process for events, including setting up the system and creating delegate plans. Work with the team to generate event reports and track registration progress. Ensure registration and housing processes offer a smooth experience for attendees. Collaboration & Vendor Management: Work with vendors and agencies to create effective onsite registration systems. Build relationships with suppliers and agencies to improve delegate experience. Help manage event timelines, ensuring everything is on track and budget. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all registration processes are compliant with legal and privacy standards. Provide regular event reports, including pre-event registration updates and post-event analysis. Handle registration data integrity and upload processes for leads. Event Support & Analysis: Analyse registration trends and propose improvements for future events. Support additional event programs as needed, including event logistics and demo scheduling. Skills & Requirements:

2+ years of experience in event registration and management in a fast-paced environment Strong skills in event registration, housing, and content management tools Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data Experience in managing multiple projects at once Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to perform under pressure Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently Comfortable collaborating with external vendors and senior team members Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is a plus Background in IT/HR industries is a bonus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other digital tools Willingness to travel for events Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
