Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Events + Customer Success Manager at Blend -

BASED IN DEVIZES IN WILTSHIRE . The role involves managing a global calendar of events ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and relationships, as well as utilizing organisational skills to enhance customer service. Some flexibility for remote work is available. Key Responsibilities Global Event Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain the annual global event calendar in collaboration with the Global head of community and our global leadership team. Coordinate and execute events across multiple cities and countries, ensuring alignment with Blend’s mission and values. Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Track expenses and report on financial outcomes post-event. Vendor and Partner Coordination: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with venues, caterers, AV providers, and other event-related vendors. Collaborate with external speakers, panelists, and facilitators to deliver engaging sessions. Member + Client Experience: Create memorable and tailored event experiences that reflect the unique needs of Blend’s C-suite members. Oversee attendee communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and onsite communications. Communications with partners and staff ensuring seamless delivery Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, membership, operations) to ensure seamless execution. Recruit and manage on-site event staff or as needed. Event Innovation: Introduce creative concepts and leverage technology to enhance event delivery. Stay ahead of industry trends to continually improve the Blend event experience. Metrics & Feedback: Analyze event performance using KPIs (e.g., attendance, engagement, ROI). Collect and share member feedback with Global head of community to refine future events. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience, multiple years in event management, ideally within a membership or C-level executive-focused environment. Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple events simultaneously. Experience with delivering and delivering customer success is key. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Managing client relationships Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Proficiency in event management software, CRM tools, and virtual/hybrid event platforms. Budgeting and financial planning expertise. Flexibility to travel internationally as needed – Averaging 2+ trips per month . What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
