The Role As an Events Assistant, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Managing event collateral and invitation lists Handling event RSVPs and providing meet & greet services Responding to event queries and managing the events inbox and calendar Arranging small in-house events (seminars, dinners, webinars) Coordinating hospitality tickets and booking events Liaising with fee earners, venues, and suppliers Sending out event invitations and communications Maintaining client information and updating our CRM system The ideal candidate will have: Exceptional administrative skills Experience or a keen interest in events Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and business development teams Previous experience in a professional services environment is preferred
