Events Executive

Salary:

£35,000 – £50,000pa

Hybrid setup:

3 days in office 2 from home (Central London)

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? We are seeking a talented Events Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events, from conferences and workshops to client receptions and team-building activities.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, setting clear objectives and timelines.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align event goals with business objectives.

Source and manage vendors, including venues, caterers, and AV providers.

Create captivating event materials, such as invitations, presentations, and signage.

Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximising ROI.

Oversee on-site event logistics, including registration, seating arrangements, and technical support.

Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and reporting.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

2-5 years of relevant event planning experience in a professional services environment.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with event management software, such as Cvent or Zoom, is a plus.

A passion for creating memorable experiences and a positive, can-do attitude.
