Events Executive £45k – Top City Law Firm

This modern and progressive city practice based at St. Paul’s is keen to recruit an Events Executive to join the vibrant and friendly team. This newly-created role sits within their Business Developing & Marketing function, and you will be working alongside the Events Manager and the Events Assistant in the planning and delivery of an effective events programme.

Key responsibilities will include.

  • Meeting with stakeholders, including Partners and BD Managers to discuss events briefs, providing advice and ideas as appropriate.
  • Supporting the Events Manager in managing the events pipeline and discuss work allocation and management of the full events programme.
  • Planning and delivering events from start to finish, including administrative and practical support such as bookings, equipment, digital delivery, managing invite lists, catering etc. and attending events as required to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Liaison with external speakers to book rehearsals, events etc.
  • Maintain the Events Calendar logging new events and updating as required.
  • Update the Firm’s events calendar on our intranet and liaise with other stakeholders such as EAs, Responsible Business and HR to ensure other firmwide events are captured.
  • Providing support on the delivery of key internal events e.g. Partners Conference and other high profile internal events and managing ticketing for sports and other external event attendance as required.

 

To apply, you will need Events experience in a law firm or professional services firm, experience of working with Business Development teams and senior stakeholders, experience using Vuture (this is essential) and knowledge of InterAction is an advantage.

In return you’ll be joining one of London’s friendliest practices, in a newly created role that you can develop. The role will pay up to £45k and offers hybrid working arrangements.
