Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Trainer to join our amazing team at Connaught Care, an exceptional, brand new, all-inclusive luxury care home group.

Connaught Care is a brand new, market leading company, with twelve homes in development across the South of England.

Reporting to the Deputy Manager and General Manager, you will be a part of the Home Management Leadership Team, and will be involved in the decision making within the home.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

This role is a supervisory role and the successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer, previous experience working within a Care Home environment, be confident and have the ability to lead, motivate and develop others. NVQ 3 in Personal Training is highly desirable.
