What will you be doing? We're seeking a talented individual to join our Growth Marketing team in London as Events Manager. You will be responsible for the end to end delivery of weekly events, regional events and webinars. This opportunity will require UK travel. As Events Manager, your responsibilities will include among others: Develop and implement a strategic delivery plan for each event, delivering high quality output that matches the brief. Create a strategic yearly events plan and manage the resources required to deliver the program. Work across large/small scale events, seminars, conferences, exhibitions and networking events including front of house on-site. Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project and document when these change. Manage costs to make sure all events are delivered within the set budgets. Coordinate systems management, asset creation, online promotion and slides for webinars. Coordinate venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire once we transition back to in person events. Manage invite and attendee lists and input/extract information on/from the firm’s database for relevant (virtual) event campaigns. Work with marketing colleagues to maximize event impact – content, email, social media, web team etc. Post event analysis and recommendations to maximise the impact of the event going forward, the collation of leads generated from an event and contributions to the Teams reporting process. Liaise with compliance gaining their approval and sign off where necessary and building time for this into the planning process. Work with stakeholders to maximise the impact of the national events programme (especially webinars and virtual conferences). Work with Business Development colleagues where events are predominantly lead generation. Create a joined up approach and present as one voice to stakeholders. Monitor the competitor, regulatory, industry and economic environments in order to innovate creative and fresh ideas to the team. To have clear sight of the long-term ambition of the firm’s marketing proposition, whilst also identifying and delivering short-term gains/quick wins where appropriate. Stay up to date with any systems or technological updates. To produce podcasts, webinar recordings and videos to a very high standard. To coach speakers during these sessions and dedicate time to finding the right set to ensure a high quality output. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should: Proven experience in managing events from inception to completion. Experience drafting and writing invites to clients and prospects. Strong communications skills both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft suite e.g. Excel and PowerPoint. Be a self-starter with the ability to excel in an independent events-focused role. Working experience with a CRM system is desirable. Additional Information
