Role Overview: The Events Manager will be responsible for assisting with the organisation, planning, and curation of Estelle Manor events taking place throughout the year. They will be aware of key dates, activities, and events throughout the social calendar to create a well-rounded and inspiring programme that drives revenue, builds a community, and enhances our membership database. They will work closely with the Head of Events to ensure that the administrative side of the programme is up to date and all deadlines are met promptly. There is also an opportunity for the role to be involved in the Private Events side of the team, working with private clients and brands to offer immaculate customer service, tailored events organisation, and expertise in event planning. Who we are looking for: Experience in corporate event management within a luxury environment. Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and generate new ideas with creative thinking. Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests. An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic. Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
