If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our Rethink Events team, planning managing and executing the marketing campaigns for our international business summits. Rethink Events (a William Reed company) creates and delivers a global portfolio of market-leading international business summits that promote new technologies and investment in sustainable agriculture, food, water and materials. Based in our Brighton office, you will be part of a passionate team that produces events annually in London, San Francisco, Singapore, Chicago, Mexico City, Dubai, Amsterdam, and São Paulo. What you’ll be doing: Developing the brand design and core sales messages for our events Keeping the conference websites up to date with fresh content, programme details and event information, optimising SEO and tracking analytics Writing, designing, building and delivering high-impact, content-rich email campaigns to our network Selecting, negotiating and managing marketing partnerships and relations with industry associations and media Liaising with stakeholders including speakers and sponsors to endorse and market our conferences to their networks Creating and managing industry-relevant content including case studies, influencer interviews, webinars, infographics, video and photo library Overseeing the design and print of conference brochures and on-site materials including signage and banners; liaising with external design, production and print suppliers Developing the marketing database for each conference, coordinating through an external database research agency Attending and helping run the conferences on-site as a core part of the event team Requirements

What you’ll need: Proven experience in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple tasks effectively. Social media experience, including strategy development, content planning and posting, and managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, fostering collaboration with stakeholders Proficiency with digital tools, including Website CMS (e.g. WordPress), Canva, and SEO optimisation. Experience with Salesforce/Pardot CRM and email marketing systems to drive targeted campaigns. A keen eye for branding, design, and imagery, ensuring consistent and impactful visuals across platforms. Excellent copywriting skills for both print and online, tailored to different audiences and formats. Competence in marketing analytics and reporting, using data to measure performance and inform strategies. Knowledge of data segmentation and selections to improve targeting and campaign efficiency. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Other information
