£24-28k basic with £32-35k OTE

Location: Chelmsford (Traveling to events nationwide)

Type: Permanent/Full Time

Working Hours: 5 day week Monday to Saturday (Rota'd Saturdays and days off depending on events schedule). Hours are typically 9-5.30 although extended hours are expected at events.

Our client, a fast-paced and high growth company, is the UK's leading training organisation helping thousands of Business Owners, Entrepreneurs and Celebrities build, grow, and scale their businesses.

They are looking for bright and enthusiastic professionals to join their events team who have a strong background in hosting events, love meeting and networking with clients/delegates, and have a keen eye on sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Travel with the team to host events at various locations around the UK. Be available, flexible, and reliable to attend all events, traveling around the UK for some or most of the month - you should be excited and thrive on this fantastic opportunity. Assist in the preparation, coordination, and running of the event with the team and report to the Events Manager. Network with delegates, nurturing relationships on the day to prepare for sales. Process sale transactions with the team at the event. Follow up leads from the events and nurture new leads for upcoming events. Maintain accurate CRM records and adhere to sales processes. Build rapport and lasting relationships with customers/clients and businesses to ensure repeat business.

Your Background & Skills: Strong background in working event days. Not wanting to be stuck in the office. Some experience in sales (warm sales / relationship nurturing). Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic individual. Experience in attending and selling at events is an advantage but not a must. Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients. Presentable, professional, and able to represent the company to a high standard.
