We’re looking for an enthusiastic Events Sales & Marketing Coordinator to grow corporate and group bookings at a stunning location in Aberdeenshire. This role offers an exciting mix of sales, event planning, and marketing, with plenty of opportunities to make a real impact. As Events Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing event spaces and overseeing every detail of the sales and planning process – from the initial enquiry to full coordination. Your goal? To ensure each event is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Manage the enquiry cycle from first contact through to contract completion. Conduct sales presentations and, where possible, site tours of event spaces. Research and identify opportunities to attract new clients and events. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Create tailored event proposals and contracts, including payment terms. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate closely with the office-based team to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to the design and execution of marketing campaigns. Maintain brand standards and ensure top-quality imagery and copy across all channels. Work with the wider Estate Teams to plan and market events effectively. Prepare performance reports and make strategic recommendations. About You Proven experience in sales and event planning is essential. Highly organised with exceptional multitasking abilities. Strong leadership and communication skills. Creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. Passionate about delivering outstanding experiences.
