Are you an experienced Exam Manager with a strong background in school administration? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established mainstream secondary school in Sale, seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exam Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, organisation, and execution of all internal and external examinations. Manage exam schedules, seating plans, and invigilation arrangements to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate exam records using SIMS, ensuring compliance with school policies and examination board regulations. Liaise with teaching staff, senior leadership, and exam boards to manage key deadlines. Train and manage a team of invigilators to support examination periods effectively. Address any issues or disruptions during exams promptly and professionally. Essential Requirements:

Proven experience as an Exam Manager or in a similar role within a school setting. Proficiency in using SIMS (School Information Management System). Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
