Do you have experience as an Examinations and Data Manager with strong organisational and interpersonal skills? Join our team as an Examinations and Data Manager at a prestigious school in Haringey, London. Key Responsibilities: Exam planning, coordination and overseeing the planning, scheduling, and organization of all exam requirements. Data Management: collecting, maintaining, and analysing student performance, generating reports, and providing insights to support academic planning and decision-making. Compliance regulations: ensuring that exams adhere to educational and examination board regulations. Communicating with Stakeholders: acting as the point of contact for teachers, students, and parents regarding exam schedules, results, and any changes in policies or procedures. Assessment of students: monitoring and tracking their progress throughout the academic year and supporting teachers with assessment strategies. Key Requirements: A degree or relevant qualification to support the responsibilities of this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of MIS systems, particularly SIMS, is desirable. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide others and respond effectively, even in high-pressure situations. Strong work ethic and professional communication skills.
